Hi, there untitled. Since this is your first SAI drawing, i'd love to critique this C:

Lets start with what I didnt quite find right.

Firstly, I think the line art isnt so smooth. If you used the pen tool then i suggest you either use the brush tool or the airbrush tool and keep your stabilizer at 15 (S-7 if you want the smoothest lineart) . If you used a vector layer then i cant say much since i dont use them orz.
Also,her legs look kind of strange ;/////;

Now lets get on to the coloring <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/l/l…" width="19" height="19" alt="" title="La la la la"/>
I actually really like the coloring :> But I think you used blur too much, [Keep it at the softest mode possible <-(is there a term like this? XD)]- .so Her hair looks kind of rough > <

I think this is awesome for your first time :> So dont feel bad about whatever i wrote above TT///TT when i first used sai, i drew a very terrible drawing. T v T and i think this is a 100 times better than it C:
